We would love for you to feel as special as you can when you are with us. So, we have come up with a membership programme that aims to do just that.
Here is what becoming a member entails:
Your transfer to and from The Great House
Who wants the hassle of booking a taxi once the excitement of booking a meal out has kicked in! Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Your private ride in our very own six-seater Volkswagen Caravelle is at your service when you book with us. Did we mention you could also upgrade to 1981 Silver Spirit Rolls Royce? But please make sure you book in advance – we provide this on a first come first served basis and we really want to make sure your transfer is sorted each time.
10% off on food and drinks
Your membership offers you a 10% discount on all food and drinks every time you are at The Great House.
A bottle of champagne on your birthday
Your pick-up and drop off on your birthday with the 1981 Rolls Royce on your birthday includes a bottle of champagne when you are a member. You deserve that extra special feeling on your birthday, surely
15% off on room bookings
Your guest is our guest, we offer a 15% discount when you book a room with us.

Our membership fee is £50 a month.
We currently have a waiting list for our membership, but please drop us a line on info@thegreathouselavenham.co.uk and we will get back to you with further information as soon as possible.
Membership terms & Conditions
1. The membership is worth £50 and is valid for one month from the day of purchase.
2. The membership covers you and your partner.
3. Transfers to and from the Great House within a 10 miles radius of our location are complimentary, a 10% deduction is added for areas outside of that parameter. (Please check our Pick up and Dine Terms and Conditions before booking.)
4. Upgrading to our 1981 Silver Shadow is complimentary, please let us know when you book.
5. A 10% discount is offered for all of our food and beverages.
6. A complimentary bottle of Great House Champagne is provided for your Birthday and Anniversaries.
7. A 15% discount is offered for all of our Rooms, when you book directly with us.
8. You will be informed 48 hours before anyone else for any events that the Great House will be hosting.
Pick up and Dine Terms & Conditions
1. Our pick up and dine is a first come first served basis and is booking only.
2. A waiting time of 10 minutes is provided before pick-up. A surcharge of £10 will be added for every 15 minutes of extra waiting.
3. A damage charge will be issued if any damage happens to the vehicle during your journey. (£100 for the 6 Seater, £200 for the Silver Shadow)
4. A soil charge will be issued if you soil or dirty the vehicle during your journey. (£100 for the 6 Seater, £200 for the Silver Shadow)
5. If another transfer is booked in and you are not ready to be taken home, an alternative time, if available, will be provided, or your transfer home will be cancelled.
6. A waiting time of 1 hour is provided for pickups from airports only.
7. Swearing, threats or any act of violence will NOT be tolerated. If these rules are broken, you will be returned home, or dropped off at the nearest and safest location.
8. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in our vehicles.
